HRD Executive Search Methodology

At HRD we drive results through communication.

 

Here's how our 10-step search works:

1.

Meet with clients. We'll sit down with your hiring authority to learn about the position, the organization and the company culture.

2.

Draft a job description. We organize the information and submit it for your approval.

3.

Create a search strategy. We use a variety of sourcing tools including our extensive candidate database, targeted searches of competitors and any other individuals the client wishes us to contact.

4.

Present position. Within 30 days of step 1, we bring forward preliminary prospects.

5.

Present candidates. You'll receive a slate of qualified candidates.

6.

Set up interviews. We help arrange them or let you set them up, depending on your preference.

7.

Offer feedback. Candidates receive comments on how they did no more than 72 hours after the interview.

8.

Maintain contact. We keep you apprised of any issues that may affect a potential candidate, and send rejection letters when appropriate.

9.

Check references. We conduct reference checks for all job finalists and encourage our clients to do likewise.

10.

Secure the hire. We help in the salary negotiation process to improve the chances of the offer being accepted.
