Although the preponderance of our searches is for field managers, directors and corporate HR positions, we can undertake any HR search.

Where do you locate candidates?

From our database of professionals—one of the strongest in the nation. We also utilize job boards when desirable, executive databases, professional associations and direct sourcing. Our research function is one of the most robust, focusing primarily on Human Resources and support of Corporate Talent Acquisition groups.

How do you handle confidential job openings?

We don't divulge confidential information before assigning an employee to the job. We never use our client's name in advertising or disclose client information without prior approval.  

How long will it take to fill my contract job opening?

For an unexpected circumstance requiring an immediate hire, we pledge "a quality contractor in 24 hours." For planned projects, we provide contractors at the project's outset.

How long are the contracts?

That depends on your needs. We recommend they last at least 90 days.

Does RA Clark perform background checks and drug screening for contractors?

Yes, we will meet all the requirements that an employer requires once a they select a contractor. Industry standard screenings are conducted at our expense.

How is my contractor paid, and how am I charged?

We provide biweekly payroll services and invoice our clients on the same schedule.
